weird issue's

I have an 03 gmc sierra slt 5.3L vin T. The gauges on the dash oil, battery, fuel will go dead then come back on along with the abs light and the security light. I have redone the ground at the front bumper being engine block and under driver side. This has been happening for a wile. I have redone all power and ground wires I know of under hood. I also have codes U1016,U1096,U1160,U1161 and a shit load if VSES codes. All of the 43 codes come up at one time even once clearing. So it is clearly not 43 things going wrong at once. Also when I go to turn the factory fog lights on which are no longer there my blinker lights come on and stay on. Scanner tells me there is a communication error. I am wondering am I missing a ground somewhere thats causing all of this to happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated. O ya I also have just had cluster rebuilt about four months ago.

Could be a BCM thats bad

do you know when hooking up the scan tool does it have to go threw the BCM to get to the PCU? Cuz thats where it keeps saying communication loose.

GMLan goes to BCM before going to cluster, radio, RCDLR, TCM and theft deterent module.. It goes through a tri-state buffer amplifier square wave generator. Have you tried re-seating the connectors a few times on the BCM and maybe adding a little dielectric grease. You may have a bit of corrosion on the pins.

will true the grease. But corrosion inside I didn't see any. Truck dies at stop foot on brake if lights are on. Blinker lights constantly on as well. Not blinking just on. Rear brake lights out but top light very bright and works fine.
