ridnlow,

I have them on a 1978 Ford Bronco they are very good. After 12 years and 70,000 miles they are still performing very good. Would buy them again.

I have them on my 99 Tahoe. They are awesome. Totally stabeled out the ride. Much stiffer than stock. But not to stiff. I was in NYC and that was the only time I really felt the ride difference. There roads are terrible. I would definatly recomend them. Especially for the price.

I just bought some RSX17000's but haven't installed them yet. I'll post my findings after I get them installed and drive on them a bit.

I installed the rear shocks today along with a zero rate add a leaf kit I got from Off Road Design. Its supposed to help my sagging rear end. :P

I drove about 30 miles on the new rear shocks today and noticed an improvement in my trucks ride. So far so good. Tomorrow I will tackle the front shocks.

Installed the front shocks on Sunday and boy can I tell a difference in my trucks ride. What an improvement! I bought the truck used so I have no idea how old the shocks were that I removed.

At this time I would definately purchase the Rancho RSX 17000 series shocks again.

I've been running 5000's on different vehicles for the past 20 years. You can't go wrong with Rancho! If you've got some extra $$$ try the RSX's.
