Hey all, So i'm just curious what everybodys using as far as products to keep their trucks looking new. I have an LT with tons of chrome on the outside and my interior is a blend of plastic, cloth and pleather. In the warmer months i'm quite anal about keeping everything looking good(firm believer in if you take care of something itll last forever). I've kind of been poking around various websites and looking at brands but they all say the same thing "best results ever"...well obviously there has to be some varibales between armor all and higher end brands. Just looking for some recommendations for products/ brands, i'm by no means a professional detailer, so a some what forgiving product line would be good for me..with that said I was looking at chemical guys products and they seem to sell a lot of concentrate stuff, and I don't want to sit around diluting concoctions in the driveway.

thank you

I know they aren't popular because of cost but I really enjoy the Griots garage products. I've used pretty much everything over the years. Thier new compounds and waxes are awesome and super easy to use. I like the way the interior products work, smell and last. Plus, they are relatively local to me.

1)i diden't see much about an interior detailer, i just some something i can put on the various material with no worrys. wipe the dust off and apply something simple..

2) the touch screen, i have no idea how to clean it. right now with the truck off it looks like somedy trying having sex with it with all the finger prints on it.

3) really off topic, does anybody run seat covers? I have weather techs for the floor but i'd like to armor up the seats also

Adams for me also, little bit pricey but quality products and great customer service. The forums and videos are awesome.

Just try different products and choose what you like. I have a lot of Adam's stuff because it works great. Certain things though are way overpriced. The APC for example. It's $10 for a 16oz bottle. You get it online and you have to pay shipping on top of that. I go to my local Dollar Tree and use LA's Totally Awesome APC. It's $1 for a 32oz bottle.

I cleaned my tires with the Adams APC and it works great. I used the LA's after the Adam's once and was amazed how much cleaner it got them. No more Adam's APC for me.

1. Adams interior detail spray, or regular detail spray, for light cleanings, Leather conditioner every now and then

2. I use Adams glass cleaner and a soft microfiber

3. I don't use any

so I'm looking into adams products now, just a few questions

1)the interior detail spray, is that good for everything(plastic, leather, ETC)

2)does adams makes a wax I can use on my paint, chrome and my chrome rims?

I'm not pro and I don' want to buy 30 different products, I just want simplicity

I forgot to add, anybody else get water stains easily? I'm wondering if wax will help get rid of them/keep them off
