Who Is Running Goodyear Wrangled Duratrac Tires

I use the same lugs that came with the 22's. They're chrome, so they stand out on the 18's that are gloss black, but I think it looks good. No fit issues.

The Duratracs are 15 pounds lighter according to my scale - 89 vs 74. I noticed about 1 mpg loss with the Duratracs which was shocking. I thought I'd get better mileage or the same. I guess they have higher rolling resistance.

On the rolling resistance I would agree. It seems as though I'm constantly pushing the gas pedal a bit harder and it doesn't seem to want to into v4 except when coasting. Whereas before it would constantly go to v4.

I have them on my Midnight Editionb and for the type of tire they are I think they are pretty darn quiet. If you want tires that make no noise you will have to go with a less aggressive tread . I beleive recommended pressure is 38 lbs

Duratracs are a tad louder, but perform very well. I have 20k on mine and have zero regrets. They do get a little louder with wear.

What does Chevy put on the sticker on the door sill for psi? My 22s say 35 psi. I think my midnight rims are at 38 now

my 2017 double cab 1500 midnight edition reads 38 psi on the door

Thanks for confirming that for me. I'm at 38 at 45 degrees outside so that will go up as it gets warmer a few psi

After running these tires a week. I don't even hear the hum any more. My ears seem to have tuned it out.

I posted this in another thread, and I don't mean to hijack, but does anyone have pictures of Duratracs on stock 17s for a 2015/16/17 sierra? Just curious

The duratracs do not get quieter. Mine have 6000 miles on them and ready for a rotation. Getting louder.

Great tires though, loved them in our heavy winter this year. Expensive though, looks cool, tough choice what to try nextI.

I got these: Falken wildpeak at3w. Had never heard of them. Big Whiskey from the board said he had them. Researched them and read very good things. I like them a lot. Great in deep mud and have good/quiet road manners. I stepped down from the stock 20's to 18's. The ride on my 2500 is little more forgiving than with the 20s'.
