maybe i am, maybe im not. Maybe you (i say you because you are quite obviously affiliated with the company in some way) had a crappy product release which built a bad name for your company. Maybe the product is now good. Maybe instead of coming to these forums and coming clean and admitting "we made mistakes early but things are good now" you come and troll like your genuine happy users that didn't just join the forum for the sake of this specific thread.

 

For all i know the product works now, but even in the 1 good batch of reviews from the corvette forum they say the customer service sucks which is pretty evident in this thread.

GTPrix, do you have first hand experience with the product? I only ask because I am debating whether to install the one I purchased a few weeks ago or to get rid of it.

Getting this thread back on track and cleaned up because it contains useful information for everyone.
