If you use the head unit that Rosedog referred to, and added a iDatalink Maestro, with a wiring harness From Crutchfield, you will not lose any features from your stock head unit and you do not have to splice any wires. Yes sealteem1 is correct the maestro idatalink makes an aftermarket radio plug and play.
