Bed rail covers/caps

I have a 2016 GMC 2500 and the front caps look like the are part of the factory bed rails. I will be getting a BackRack so will need them gone. Will i have to cut these out or do they just pop out? The rear has no cover so that is not a problem.

You have to cut the marked locations. It's pretty easy a sharp boxcutter and a few minutes and their gone. I just did them to install a rack.
