2016 interior trim kicking my tail

Hey everyone. I managed to get the front/rear door "wood" trims off without breaking anything. I can't seem to get the center console ones off. Has anyone done this? Advice?

The whole center console top comes upward. These have a bolt that runs into the plastic behind the trim piece.
