Swap KM cluster to MPH cluster question

So I'm doing the cluster swap and just bid on a MPH cluster. I'm in Canada and would need KPH on there.

 

I know in the downgraded version of the cluster I can easily change this in the settings and I'm sure you could on the upgraded version of the cluster but where I see the problem come in is the odometer only goes up to 140.. I assume the system doesn't change the 140 to 220 for the KPH reading does it?

 

Could someone please check this in their truck if they have the cluster below.

 

If not, could I just swap out the face?

Negative. The only thing that changes is MPH to KM/H, the numbers stay the same.
