Aftermarket radio, maintain all integrations and controls?

I was going to put this in the Audio section, but it's really only relevant for the '14 and up 1500 models.

 

Has anyone put in an aftermarket radio and still have all of the integrations? Steering wheel controls, rear camera, bluetooth with steering wheel controls, etc.?

 

If so, what specific unit did you go with and did it require add-on harnesses or anything?

 

I really dislike the built-in NAV, and am frustrated by the fact that "off" is really only a mute (it never pauses my iPod, for example - I have to tap the screen to actually pause it).

I'm wondering the same thing. Also, what speakers to put in? Going to put in tow mirrors and while I have the door panel off I want to change them out
