New pup

I flew out to the Midwest last week and met up with a trainer I knew. English Pointers are not common out west. Really high quality trainers are far between no matter where. We talked dogs and my list of wants in a dog. I spent time with a dog he believes is the right one. We made an agreement. The dog is about halfway thru it's training. She's about ready for bird work soon. She's going to Texas in the winter to work on a professional guide string for quail. If she doesn't fold up, I'll have a bird dog by February. She's a really small dog for a pointer, which is what I want, but still moves like the wind as a pointer should.
