GM DSA App Question

Because of GM Family First, I have access to the GM DSA app. Which is nice because I can search nearby dealer inventory and be on the lookout for a truck that matches what I'm looking for. But as I browse through vehicles, I see some vehilces are "flagged" such as S/F>30, CTP-IN, CTP-OUT, and DEMO. I'm assuming these are special orders and such but just wondering what all these codes mean. Right now I'm ignoring these vehicles because I am assuming they are not available for purchase.
