Tri-mode power steps damaged by shop

Shop cut me a check steps are on i would consider this case closed.

 

Please remember to remind shops about the tri mode steps and not to use the lift that comes in from the sides. There is a different kind of lift that can be used that has a ramp in front it most reputable shops should have it.

I hate taking my vehicles into any shop, I do most of the work unless it's an alignment etc.

Good thing they did the right thing and pay for the replacement steps :bigtu

I am right there with you. Anything i can do myself will be done by me.

 

I'm glad the shop did me right. I also saved them alot of cash and got lucky finding a used pair on this forum. Thanks @m3sparky
