Left Rear Turn Indicator Failure

Anyone get this Service screen pop up on their display? I did, but my bulbs/indicators are all working.

What year is the truck? I've actually seen this before. The older trucks, 2014-2015's can actually develop a crusty looking filament within the bulb which will actually work when you use the turn signal switch, but in reality it's lighting up under a higher resistance condition across the filament. Pull the bulb out and look closely at the filament. If it's not a clean smooth looking line from end to end, replace the bulb. They develop resistance over time, they work but it's enough for the BCM to determine that the bulb is either shorted to ground or out.

They're getting ready to go out. I had to replace mine after it eventually went out.
