I am looking to replace my stock speakers in the doors and the two ( one on each side) in the back with something better so what do you all recommend? I also need help with the size because I have found places where it says the front are 6.5 and 6.75 so I really need help and suggestions. I have a 2006 Chevy Silverado 4.3L V6 Regular cab and thanks in advance.

Either size speakers will work... door speakers can be 5.25", 6.5" or 6.75" speaker. 5.25" and 6.5" speakers will require mounting brackets and 6.75" speakers will probably require drilling screw holes (if you order from Crutchfield, you'll get the mounting brackets, wiring harnesses included in your order). Rear pillar speakers are 4x6". You can replace with direct fit 4x6 plate speakers or 4" speakers with mounting brackets.

As for brand...it's all up to you and your sound preferences. I replaced the OEM speakers in my '10 Sierra with Kickers and I am pleased with the sound.

Yes, check with Crutchfield, you can get the size for each placement. I would recommend visiting an audio dealer and play around the various combinations and brands to find the sounds and tones you like. I went with Hertz in mine but its a crew so sound is bounced around differently than a reg. cab.
