Back up camera

So my 2015 gmc is showing me when I back up service rear camera the dealership told me it's the bulbs so I changed them back from the hid to regular stock bulbs it's still telling me serivice camera I reset battery 1 time and tried to clean the switch in the back for the camera nothing is working what should I do!!! PLEASE HELP!!!

I was under warranty and mine would on occasion do that. They replaced it with a updated camera

There's an updated camera? I wish the picture quality and FPS were better on mine, seems like the quality of an old CRT monitor

Every now and then my back up goes crazy.... what was the updated camera?

Its little to no better quality but the lense is a dome not flat

Hmmm ill have to check mine tomororw. So the flat version is old and the dome is new?
