Chrome delete questions and tips?

Mine are the textured black caps.

Yesh i have a the diesel style mirrors so wont work.

So this is what i have found so far. I can only find summit white handles at a steep price ($600) the other route is order some ready for paint ones from the dealer for $200 and then pay around another $100 for a paint shop to paint them. Same thing go for my hood scoop. Paint shops cant paint the chrome obviously so i have to order a black one from the dealer and have a shop color match it. The chrome window trim and door pieces are the same as well. I have had not luck finding anything on ebay or anything for cheaper....any help on maybe some site that sells these parts for cheaper would be appreciated!

Possibly find parts at car-part.com I have used this several times and even had parts sent from other states. I just had a front bumper painted by a pro it was Chrome so I took it to a blaster first and had the chrome removed. Today's chrome is cheap and comes off pretty easy.

There is a guy on eBay that sells painted GM parts, I bought mirror caps for my wife's Yukon from him, I could see if I could find his info if you want.

 

What about GMpartsdirect or somewhere online that sells OEM parts, then find a local body shop to do the work, you should not have that much money wrapped up in this as guys do the same thing everyday.

What about GMpartsdirect or somewhere online that sells OEM parts, then find a local body shop to do the work, you should not have that much money wrapped up in this as guys do the same thing everyday.

Keep an eye out in the FS/Wanted section. There's always people selling their painted handles. I scored some for half that price
