07 Silverado 5.3 swap

Hey guys new guy here i know it's been ask before please just point me in the right direction, as all I can find is for the older trucks, Anyways how hard would it be to swap a 5.3 into a 07 Silverado v6 (new body style) I found a extremely clean and cheap low mile one owner, and there willing to work with me on a trade I'm pretty mechanically inclined I've H/C/I swapped f bodies and currently swapping a lq4 based t6 s480 turbo 408 into my other f body. The junk yard here has plenty or 99-06 v8 trucks sitting around can get a 5.3 for about $400 which I know that is a gen 3 not gen 4 engine and already have a lot of spare ls parts laying around,I've seen threads on the swap for the older body style but not the newer one I know most people will say it isn't worth it but this truck is clean and low miles and I'm actually benefiting from getting as I'm getting out of a high monthly payment by trading and the v8s here carry a pretty big premium, I'm not after a race truck or power house, and I don't care about resale value, just simply a 5.3 I can put a exhaust and maybe a small low lift cam on and call it a day, thanks everyone.
