Where to buy nox-rust coating

Does anyone know where I can buy the nox rust coating that gm uses on their frames? Im in Canada and can't find it anywhere here.

For some reason daubert doesn't list Canada as a shipping option. And I can't find it on the amazon.ca site only the .com which doesn't doesnt ship to Canada. A guy at the parts desk at the dealership said they couldn't get the stuff.

The shipping from Daubert was absurd, so I just used the Rustoleum undercoating rubberized spray. Seems to be working great so far.

You may still find it as new old stock under GM part number 12346501. It has been discontinued through GM for 2 years now.
