Need ebcm

I need an ebcm, looking to get a used one. I have a 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 no traction control, will a 01 silverado 2500 ebcm work?

Does it have any codes? If it is just a relay you could solder it and fix it. The joints on the relay have just come lose. Easy fix even if you're a beginner with a soldering iron. If it doesn't communicate at all though it will be something different. A 2500 will not work.

3 of the screws are stripped for the ebcm, gotta find a different way to get it out unfortunately . Any tips? Lol

Blow them out with a can of air if you don't have shop air. Then wash them out then blow them out again. Should get you all the way into the bottom. Problem is most people just strip the top part out because the bolts are on the top and get filled up with dirt and dust.

I’ll definitely try that, if that doesn’t work, I guess I have to pop all those brake lines off?

No not at all. If it doesn't work and you are sure you have replace the EBCM what I have done in the past is take a chisel and split where the bolts go into the ebcm and then separate the splits and remove the EBCM. After the I use vice grips to remove the bolts. That's if all else fails though. Make sure you're using the right size torx as well.
