Bump stop extensions?

I swapped out the stock rear block for a 3" block so I netted about a 2" rear lift to keep the rake after installing Bilstein leveling shocks set at max height.
I don't mind the look of a perfectly level truck but found it unpractical for me with all the towing and hauling I do. I wanted the height the Bilsteins gave me since GM makes these trucks so low and I knew I'd have to lift the back to prevent the sagging when towing.
I just installed Bilstein 5100 in the rear. After 27,000 the stockers were making noise. ( probably my fault for not having extensions on the shocks after installing the blocks)
I installed extensions along with the 5100's which say they can be used with 0-1" lift.
Question is I'm not having any luck finding bump stop extensions for a 2015 1500 or new stops for a 2"lift. I don't want to screw anything up in case I happen to compress the rear too much. Has anyone replaced their stops when doing a 2"lift?

Look into Timbren and see if they offer anything in that regard. My previous truck was an '09 in which I also installed 2" lift in the rear. The gap was too much according to Timbren spec, so I made a pair of 1" shims from hdpe to go between the frame where the bump stop mounts and the Timbrens. (Make sense?) Worked perfect, I used it like that for 7 years, took them off when I sold it and re-installed on my '16 but without the spacers as I didnt lift this one. Love the Timbrens BTW.

I recently moved and have no idea where the shims are, if I come across them in the next few days you can have them.

I'd say you're on the right track, HDPE should work fine, UHMW would be a good choice as well.... McMaster Carr is the place to buy a small qty of that stuff.... You can work either of those items with wood working tools just make sure to use a blade with lots of teeth per inch...

It could have been uhmw, might even have been delrin, I cant recall, one of those 3, round stock. They worked tho. I spun them up to the dimensions I required on a metal lathe.

HDPE is the softest/least durable option, uhmw is stronger/more durable and delrin/acetal is going to be really tough compared to the other two... Price should increase as the durability does...
