5.3 Valve Timing ?

Can anyone here tell me what the valve timing is for a 5.3 engine. I need open and close for intake and exhaust Or if you know where I can find this info..

Different engines and years had different camshafts.  Please be more specific.

Engine is in a 2000 silverado

Well, if your engine's RPO is LM7, the cam specs are 191-190 .456-.466 114 and the camshaft PN# is 12560967.  You'll see these specs reversed all over the internet however, Summit Racing confirmed this is how they're supposed to read from the cam card.
