Fender adjustment-- body shop guys, need info

Ok an older woman hit my truck tonight.    She hit me right by the door and fender.  It pushed in the fender some and now I can't open my door.   Is there a way to adjust the fender out so it can clear the door?

Well messed with it today to get the door open.   I got the door open with a little assistance by a puddy knife. I loosen the two bolts inside the fender by the door and the one at the bottom of the fender. I then used a 2" wide plastic trim tool, put a rag on it, wedged it between the door and fender, I then used the door to put pressure on the fender to move it out. Did that along the seam a few times and it moved the fender out enough to open and close the door without it binding or rubbing. Tighten the bolts. 

Also had to remove the steps because she bent it down enough to crack the welds on the mount where the bolt goes into. Didn't feel safe to dive with it that way.
