I am currently looking into swapping out the 4.3l junk out of my 92. With a 89 350 carb motor that is in my 85 k10. The 92 has a 5 speed trans where my 85 is auto. Will this cause problems? I also plan on keeping the carb on my motor untill I order a new ecm and tbi for the v8. What all is needed to just swap motors and drive. Don't want to cut or hack any wiring in the 92 if possible

Its not really a direct plug and play but its not hard.  You need fuel going to the carb and you can only have a certain PSI running to it.  (6-7 PSI I believe).  The transmission would probably not cause any issues as long as they have the same splines.

I'll be swapping fly wheel if needed. Just need a fuel pressure regulator? Motor runs great now just need to drop in

Well on the auto engine,  its gonna have a flex plate.  It might be some interesting wiring but it should work fine.
