Need help with tire size

I have a 2017 2500 with 18” rims. -18 mm offset. Need to know what tire would fit best. I also have bushwhacker flares. I was thinking 285/75/18. Anybody have any input to what would work best. Planning on cranking torsion bars up 2 inches. I’ve looked at so many tires my eyes hurt. I just don’t want to buy tires that won’t fit at all. Thanks for any and all help.

Big ~O~ has that size on his truck and say they work fine with the RC level.  Not sure if there would be much difference between the level and cranking up the bars.  Also not sure what offset his wheels are.
