GM Factory paint film/stone guard

I noticed today that I have a big chunk missing from one of the pieces of paint protection film that is on the front corners of the bed. It is the stuff like the 3M paint protection film.

Does anybody have a part number so I can replace it? Is it a dealer item?

Also, how do I replace it. It's really stuck on there and not sure how to even remove it in the first place. This is for the 2008 Silverado. Would heat work and just peel off and reapply?

The GM ones are pre-cut to the box design.  Fronts are 15952188 (Right) and 15952189 (Left) and the rear (corner of the box) are 25783544 (Right) and 25783543 (Left).

 

You could go for just a simple sheet of 3M film and trim to your liking as well if its more cost effective.
