Truck was new, no marks. have 9000 miles. Marks both lenses , cant tell me this is normal. And yes the lights are off , the marks are there. They are the High intensity LED

Well I'm gonna have to look at mine and see if they are there when off.  If so, this doesn't sound good. But changing headlight housings will only help until it burns rings into the new ones right? 

Can you change them to LED?  Wonder what the answer is?

Badge171: you say you have 9000 miles on yours with marks.... Wonder what they will look like in another 4 years or so?

I could be totally wrong, but I wouldn't think you'd see this on an LTZ or an SLT with LED lights. I think the LED's don't generate as much heat??

 

They generate squat. One of the drawbacks of LED headlights is they will ice up.
