Welcome. I have seen the older model trucks appear to be just below the full mark on the reservoir but are in fact WAY low on antifreeze. I would top that baby up when cool via the radiator cap if it is an older model. Probably does not need to said but NEVER open the radiator cap when hot or even warm. You probably just have a water pump leak no big deal. Fill her up and drive happy while you shop for a new water pump and watch a bunch of youtube videos on how to change it out. 

You will find the site is huge after you look around a bit, lots of oddball areas to find.. Search feature is a little bit clunky but good after you use it a time or two.
