Odd problem with turn signals

So I have LED turn signals on my truck and just recently the left rear resistor went out. I replaced it exactly like it was before but this time when I turn my left turn signals on, my dome lights dim with the clicking of the turn signal when the dome is on. It only does this to the left turn signals
