Oh man, this is funny as hell, the cat took a dump, and when she came out of the litter box she sat on the floor and wiped her rear with the carpet! She left a s**t trail on the carpet! I have never seen her do that before. Now I need to watch where I step.

 

BTW - she is a manx and because of their deformity they have poop problems.

Ours use to do that and leave it on the outside of the litter box when it was mad at you. If you paid it attention for the most part it was fine but for some reason if you were busy that day and didn't pet it or pay attention to it you could be assured that it would leave a nice present for you outside of the litter box.

that "wiping on floor" is due in many cases to worms. Might try the vet, don't think there is something wrong, I believe most animals have them at some point

It isn't worms. She is kind of fluffy, so sometimes her "waste" gets tangled.
