2015 to 2016 Sierra Front Swap

Is it as simple as unbolting the bumper and bolting a 2016 one in place? A new bumper pad, grill and headlights I know I would need but I just really like the LED fogs on the 16s..

Theres one bracket that looks a little different in the diagram but some first hand insight would clear things up.. quiet a few take offs on craigslist and ebay I could pick up.
