replaced fuel pump

I replaced my fuel pump and now my truck will not start. I found some of the fuses were blown and replaced them but don't know where to go from here.

Use a volt meter to see if the pump is getting power (don't start engine). It will receive power for 2 seconds, and then the power will shut off because it in not started. You need someone to turn on the ignition. If your not getting power to the pump, go to the relay in the under hood power box. Put your finger on the relay and have someone turn the ignition on. Does it click? Switch the relay with another relay in the power box that has the same #'s on it. It could be any number of problems, but you need to find out what parts of the system have power and what doesn't.
