Hi all,

Had a bds 6” lift installed and now when I go over bumps slowly sometimes I’ll hear what sounds like a clunk/rattle from from the right rear of the truck. Almost sounds like like something in the bed is shifting.

Is this normal with the stiffer shocks and bigger tires or what should I be looking for?

6” Bds lift, fox rear shocks and 35’s.

I had this after installing larger blocks in the rear.  One of the lower shock bolts was just a shade under the appropriate torque.  Tightened that up and sound went away.  First thing and easy thing is to check all bolts to make sure they are torqued to spec

Thanks, I had the same issue with my lifted (6") 2017 Sierra. I torqued the rear bottom shock bolts to 85ft/lbs. I drove around and no rattle. Huge thanks!!
