Have a 2016 1500 Silverado Z71. 5.3

Installed a 5in lift and put 295/70 R18s on. 

Have 3.43 gears and want to go with a 4.10 set up.  Does carrier need to be replaced also or maybe go with a less aggressive step and go to 3.73 instead.

Lol, well I was thinking maybe somebody did already and had some easy info.  BUT I did research it and found out no, I do not have to replace the carrier.  Not sure if the cover needs to be replaced or the video I watched just replaced the cover because of visual reasons.
