Spyder Fog Light Bulbs

I bought a pair of Spyder Halo fog lights for my 2006 1500 WT. The bulbs they came with are H3 type but have two wires (hot and ground) that plug right into the harness they came with. I assume this is because the Spyder Fogs are in a plastic housing.  I would like to replace the bulbs with something brighter or possibly LED but all the (normal) H3 bulbs only have the hot wire. Anyone know where the two wire ones can be bought or is there a way to "convert" the housings to use the normal bulbs?

Single wire bulbs assume the housing is metal and completing the circuit. Would have to find the exposed metal of the 1 wire bulb to see where it connects to the housing (expecting another metal). Might be able to sneak a small twisted copper wire into this point when inserting the bulb. Other end of the wire would be connected to the housing installation assuming there is exposed metal there.
