Looking at your sticker, its seems to be a basic Decal that was applied.

My advice, based on personal experience, would be to grab an exacto knife and carefully peel each letter off.

Use the pointed end to pry up the decal pieces.

Once all off you should be able to just use a little WD40 or rubbing alcohol.

That particular logo/decal will be a Pain in the A** due to all the individual letters. 

I have never seen one stuck to the middle of the tailgate

1. Use Heat Gun to soften the adhesive and then peel the sticker away. Use 3m Adhesive Removal to remove the left over adhesive.

    If you had any ceramic coating put on, it will need to be reapplied because it is normally placed over the top of the stickers.

2. Tour mode is the general operational mode for just driving around. If you wish to add a little bit of the chase....go Sport.

Thank you. I will just run the tour mode. I don't get in a hurry anymore.

Woody Folsom has always put it in the middle.

Mine have always been either lower left or lower right.

One dealer I purchased from years ago actually asked me if they could apply the decal.

I declined! LOL
