I bought my 2017 Silverado with HID headlights, however I would like some that are brighter. Is there an aftermarket set someone can recommend?

Could swap them out for a set of LTZ led headlights.  However the leds aren't that much brighter.  Most agree that the Morimoto HID are the best aftermarket replacements

Do you think I can replace just the bulbs and still get the full effect or do I need to replace the ballasts too?

I have no ides why people think this. My 16 headlights are awesome. Bright as hell. Almost to bright and theyre oem
