Cab an still nothing Welcome to the site. I take it worked before the new parts, maybe un sync your phone and then re pair it to the truck. You could also disconnect the battery, let is sit for 30 minutes and then connect it. This helps with a lot of the electrical problems.

Post a picture where the mic is and what is around it. Do you have the ability to see if you have power coming to the mic?

Bobbyjohnluvs trucks Posted August 21, 2020 Posted August 21, 2020 I have a 15 GMC Sierra. Same thing. Everything except the microphone was working. I took the negative cable off of the battery. Did a few chores around the house for about 30 minutes, then reconnected cable. Microphone went back to working.
Floyd Prah Posted December 8, 2021 Posted December 8, 2021 Hey, I have a 2018 Sierra SLE 4x4 half ton. It’s fully loaded other then leather. Recently I switched from Samsung to the new I14 mini IPhone. I synced it ran the new contacts and everything was good. Then one day I hooked the phone to the centre council and it asked to update the new IPhone sync. I excepted the update and since my mic stopped working. I can push the call button and it asks me the usual. But when I tell it who to call nothing happens. So I tried calling direct from phone and I hear it ring, and the other people but they don’t hear me. What’s going on and how do I fix it?????
