I hab a head code

Dang, I feel terrible.

 

When I woke up this morning, I felt like death warmed over. Now my nose and sinuses are clogged with cack.

 

Any ideas on how to get rid of this crap?

 

 

EDIT--> Now my throat has it. I've d@mn near drank a full bottle of Robitussin to clear it out. No more typing for a while.

Sex.....it boost the immune system....NO JOKE...looke it up in google.....

 

When I have clogged sinuses and nose..I use afrin maximum strength...I know I know...you have to spray it up your nose...but damned if it doesn't work...clears that sh*t up for 12 hours.....

My fall/winter practice is to keep the Sudafed and Cherry Halls handy. It works well for me if I feel the weather change or the start of a cold.

Dayquil during the day and Nyquil at night seems to always clear me up pretty quick wether it's a cold or sinuses. That and a little time....

Well, Dogg is back to normal. And I use the term "normal" loosely

 

No more cold, all better now.
