It's your oxygen sensor just after the cat converter. Could be a one-time fault that won't come back or you could need a new sensor. Since the truck is driving fine, I'd reset the code and see if it comes back. If you don't have a tool to do that most Autozones will reset it (some don't because they don't want to get blamed for issues - but those locations are rare).

How many miles and do you have a catch can? Also has dealer "cleaned" the intake?
Your downstream o2 are for cats performance the upstream are more for fuel trim. So after cats is too hot or rich.
Bad 02 are rare back cat more common and if the truck was cleaned the clean kills the cats there are bulletins on it. But dealers do it anyways bc people are close to warranty up and it works. Oil in the intake and heads causes o2 issues but we see that in the upstream more.
If you a somewhat handy you can remove the throttle body and swab the intake to see oil amount. Also remove and inspect the o2.
The truck should switch to different idle and fuel base line.

Lol, another good cleaner is CRC GDI Intake Valve cleaner. It contains PEA which is one of the best cleaning agents for carbon build up/oil.
