2009 Silverado 1500 LT Tow Mirrors

I have a 2009 Silverado 1500 LT with Z71 package. The factory mirrors are power adjust, heated, turn signal, and power fold. I'm looking to replace the factory mirrors with towing mirrors. The problem is that I can't find any with the power fold function. Since I have that feature on my factory mirrors I would think I could get the same in tow mirrors. Does anyone know of any tow mirrors with power fold that would work on my truck?

Power fold wasn't an option on the tow mirrors of that vintage.

The 3500 factory set that comes with power folding will actually work on the truck but the outside lights on the mirrors or the rear led's will not work unless you change the harness.

 

The other bad part is these mirrors are around $300 each I believe. I will get you the part number when I get to work in the morning for them.

GM did not offer a factory power fold camper style tow mirror on the GMT900 trucks. This style mirror came out starting with the 2015.5 model year.

 

The mounting bases are different between the GMT900 and K2 trucks, so in order to mount the K2 mirrors, the bases will need to be modified. Other option would be to go aftermarket, but they are still manual fold.
