2018 1500 4x4 Question

So I’ve got a 2018 4wheel drive with the 5.3L in it. My question is when I put the truck in 4 High, upon turning, there’s a loud noise, almost like tires rubbing, but the truck has stock wheels and tires so it’s not that. Has anyone else had this issue?

Are you running in 4wd on dry roads? Normal if so. 4wd is meant for slippery surfaces, otherwise the wheels bind because they are locked together. If you previously had an AWD vehicle it operates very different.

That makes sense, yes I was. Just putting it in 4WD to make sure it works. Thanks for the info.
