35x12.5x20 -44 offset w/ 2.5 lift

I have a 2018 Chevy midnight edition and I'm about to put a 2.5 lift in front 1 in back with 35x12.5x20 with a -44 offset. Has anyone done this? How much trouble am I asking for?

it should rub pretty good with just a leveling kit. you'd need more of a 4-6" lift to clear that setup properly
