Speed Limiter Options For My Teenager’s Sierra

I need help finding a speed limiter for my sons truck. I have gps and know he was speeding last week so I have confiscated his keys for 2 weeks. I have been searching the internet to find  a device that will allow me to lower the top speed of his truck to 60mph. I have found one that allows a top speed of 73. As we live in the country, there is no need for him to run interstate speeds. He has only had his license for 7 weeks and is restricted to only driving in certain areas anyway. I’d like to be able to adjust the top speed if possible so that in the future, after he has gained more driving experience, I can bump him up to 71 or so for interstate driving. He has a 2010 GMC Sierra SLT, 5.3L. Thanks in advance for any help.
