Broken cap less fuel fill..

My first comment would be to warranty it if your under the btb warranty mileage. If not, all of the parts I find do not include the capless filler. One's on gmparts, rockauto, etc. all require a cap...

GM Parts Direct website has all GM parts available. Not sure if Rock Auto or other aftermarket parts will have that or not.

Yes, that can be replaced, the easiest would be to go to the local dealer and order one.  Not the cheapest.  

 

Seeing it is a 17 you might still be under the bumper to bumper warranty.
