Differential / Transfer Case

Recommended Posts

Today I went to Fort Campbell Ky. Military base and services my 4wd.

Front//Rear Diff... &

Transfer Case

Out the door cost $214.15

I thought that was a good price compared to the dealer @ $639 for 3 services.

Only cheaper way of getting down the cost is to do it yourself. 8d8c38d5015614f6f136525a0d0c760a.jpg

So no gaskets replaced. They reuse the old ones or orange rtv? Or both?

You could have rented a stall for an hour and did it yourself for $127.50 cheaper on Post/Base.

Non appropriated funded places of Congress...i wouldn't let them check my washer fluid. I have stories.

Yer name, plate number, and vin are in that Pic.

1st off, the front diff dont have a gasket /cover to remove to service it.

it has a fill plug and a drain plug.

2nd the transfer case is the same way, fill plug/drain plug

3rd the rear gasket is re usable . its not a paper gasket like on older rear ends.
