They are not cooled seats, the seats in my Audi and Lexus are not cooled seats, they are ventilated seats in which pulls are down through the seat, it does not blow up towards your butt. Button line is if it’s hot in the cab the seats are gonna be hot. Ventilation of hot air is hot air.

Here is a test to se if they are working, take a tissue, hold it flat above the seat, maybe 2” above the seat, turn on the ventilation on high and see if it sucks the tissue down.
