Recall #N192210560

I have a 2019 LTZ 6.2 that I bought about two weeks ago.  I purchased a tonneau cover using a 50% off Costco coupon and GM Rewards points to pay for a good portion of it.  While I was chatting with the parts guy he looked up my truck and said there was a recall they would complete as well.  

 

When I went to the My Chevrolet app and looked for a recall I found none.  They completed the update yesterday and I've noticed nothing different, but didn't notice an issue in the first place.  Just a heads-up that there may be something out there that doesn't show up when you search for recalls.

 

I've attached my receipt and it shows they reprogrammed my ECM.

It’s a TSB not a recall, reprogram the parameters of the ECM or TCM can’t remember which one, it involves the Torque Converter keeping the transmission moving even after you let off the gas, brake application deactivates it as well

Where can we look up TSBs without having to subscribe to a third party service? NHTSA's search portal only points to a recall webpage.
