Brake Lines / Junction Block - 1990 Sierra

I recently bought a 1990 GMC Sierra C1500. The brakes were spongy so I took it to a local shop to get the brakes checked. I do a lot of my own maintenance but not brakes - I like to stop! 

 

My mechanic diagnosed a bad caliper. He replaced the bad caliper, rotors, pads and hoses on the front brakes. All was looking good until he pressurized the system. One of the rear metal lines blew out. Looking closer, the metal lines are all pretty much rotted. 

 

Next problem, my mechanic says there is a junction block under the gas tank that he needs to replace. He has been unable to find the part. Does anyone have a part number for the junction? I have searched all the popular auto parts websites and can't find any junction blocks for this truck.

I just did lines on my 92 1500 I didn't see any block, there was a joint behind the tank
