2019 LT no apps?

I have a 2019 LT. I have no apps icon or marketplace. I called GM today and spoke to a gentleman telling me I should have this. He then set an appointment with my dealer to take a look can anyone chime in who has an LT? Do you have apps? Thanks.

I have an LT with the upgraded convenience II radio. Ill check it out in the AM

I have a RST and it doesn't have that.. I was told it should be there too.  It was in for service they checked and dealer said GM removed that.  Another case of GM saying one thing and Dealer another.

If you have Convenience II, you have the Infotainment Plus system which has app store functionality. If you don't have Convenience II on your truck you don't have it.

Yes, do you know the RPO code?

 

I also have a LT and i can only download the apple care play and android auto apps(this already came with the truck).

I'd need to dig the RPO code - but it will show on your window sticker.

 

Convenience II has the following in it:

• Power sliding rear window
• Homelink
• 120 Volt outlet on the dash and in the bed
• XM Radio
• HD Radio
• HD Backup camera
• Infotainment Plus
• Bose speakers + sub
• Rear seatback storage on crew cabs

I have a 2019 LT and it does not have it. The 18 LT that I traded in did. The 2018's also had 2 speed gearbox on the 4x4, the 19 is a single speed and also no Siriusxm. GM is cutting too much from these trucks.

Thanks for the responses. I have an appointment with the dealership tuesday at 9. I'm going to expect them to help me out, if not I'm going to make a big deal on how can GM tell me yes when I call them and the dealership tell me no. They need to get it straight for everyone.

They moved to a single speed for non-Z71 trucks, and Sirius is with Convenience 2. It's there, you just have to order it...
